With its undoubted beauty I had met in my childhood reading the books of Gerald Durrell and I yearned to spend at least one carefree summer in that amazing place. Decades later, standing on the top of the fortress over Corfu town, I remembered with a smile, the days when I was reading "The Garden of the Gods" and "My Family and Other Animals". Today I present a memento of that moment. :)

Today I am presenting a late walk along the canals of Amsterdam carrying a sense of buzzing life and serene harmony - nuances too subtle to catch during the day.

Today, a few months later, I'm presenting "the window of my little shop" created on the canvas.

The soft light of sunset, colored in warm hues the old Holm Oak tree and tiny blades of grass were making their way to the sun in the snow. I was full of joy, that soon everything will wake up for a new life.
